Standard Rate
£32.00 Per Person Per Night (Including Breakfast)
£27.00 Per Person Per Night (Excluding Breakfast)

For all our guests that book our single room, we will automatically upgrade to a double or twin providing these rooms are available on arrival.
Deposit / Payments
We require a deposit of £10 per person per night to confirm your booking. Unfortunately we do not have card facilities. However, we accept cheques; payable to S Steele or if you prefer to pay by BACS please phone for details.
Children
Children and Babies under 5years are free
Children between 5 and 12 will have a standard charge of £15.00 PCPN
Children over the age of 12 are considered standard rate.

Pets
Unfortunately we cannot allow pets in our house. However, they are welcome to stay in your vehicle parked on our drive.
NO CHARGE
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made no later than 7 days prior to arrival. If this condition is met we will happily return your full deposit. If you cancel within 7 days, hopefully we will be able to rebook your room, and in such a case we will gladly refund your deposit; however if not we cannot guarantee a refund.
